Booking policy

By booking an appointment at Sofia Rose Beauty you agree fully to the following Terms & Conditions set out in our cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy on all treatments. Failure to give 48 hours’ notice on cancelling or changing your appointment will result in you loosing your 50% booking fee.

Here at Sofia Rose Beauty, we value your appointment, we are a very busy clinic and have clients waiting for appointments so I kindly ask that you adhere to this cancellation policy as it becomes difficult to fill appointments at short notice which massively impacts my livelihood.


Clients who regularly fail to attend an appointment, will have to pre pay the full booking fee for their next appointment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you we are understanding.

 

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

When you book an appointment, we ask for a 50% booking deposit. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable or transferable should you cancel or amend your booking within 48 hours of your appointment.

Any appointments cancelled or amended in less than 48 hours will not be refunded or transferred.


Booking fees will not be refunded if you do not visit us to have your patch test 48 hours before.

If you arrive late for your appointment, please be aware I may not be able to fulfil your appointment and your booking fee will not be refunded.
